Very rare set of McDonald Ty beanie babies with errors, sealed in original package and never opened. If you look at the plastic case of Britannia you will notice that it is a darker shade of plastic than the others. Also, the tags on all 4 bears say 1993 but the box list at 1999. Oak brook is spelled three different ways on the tag, paragraph and bottom of box – OAKBROOK, Oak Brook, and Oakbrook. TY INC is spelled TY INC. On the tag, but on the box it says Ty, Inc. Tush tag errors – the box states that his birthday is July 1st 1996 but his tag says 1993 and he was made in Oak Brook, Illinois, but his tag reads OakBrook (without the space). Maple was introduced January 1, 1997, but the box indicates that he was introduced February 27, 1997. This is the only Maple bear retailed in the United States. He was exclusively a Ronald McDonald House Charity bear. He belongs to 1 of 4 of the International Bears of 1996. He is 1 in 4,000 manufactured!! He has never been played with or taken out of his box. There are two small flaps on the back of the box; I opened one strictly to take the photo of the tush tag. The edges of the box have some wear and the plastic is slightly dented on the because of age (21 years old) but Maple himself is MINT condition, This is a Teenie Original Beanie. Tush tag errors the box states that her birthday is December 15, 1997 but her tush tag says 1993 and registered in Oak Brook, Illinois (where Ty, Inc headquarters is located) but the tag reads Oakbrook (without the space). Never been played with or taken out of the box. There are 2 small flaps on the back of the box I opened one strictly to take the photo of the tush tag. The edges of the box are in great condition being (20+ years old) but package is in otherwise excellent, near mint condition considering. Britannia The Bear herself is in absolute MINT.
