Beanie Babies Rare Error Set. This is a RARE COMPLETE SET of Ty McDonald’s Teenie Beanie toys from 1999, featuring Britannia, Erin, Maple, and Glory the Bear. This set belongs to the Beanie Babies-Original series and contains highly sought after ERRORS and MISPRINTS that make them even more valuable to collectors. INCLUDES COMPLETE SET OF 4. All contain the errors/misspellings on tags and boxes. ERROR #1 MISSPELLING: City of Oak Brook, IL/ “Oakbrook” (spelling error). The back of the boxes have multiple spelling errors it is spelled correctly as 2 words on very bottom. This Error is consistent on all 4 boxes. ERROR #2 MISPRINTS: On the back casing it states that the bear’s birthdate is “March 17, 1997″ and was introduced “January 31, 1998″. However, the tag, says “1993”. This Error is consistent on all 4. These are sealed in original box. The plastic casing/packaging has some minor bends and slight discoloring. Note: There are 2 small perforated windows on the back of each casing. Maple’s window was partially opened to verify the errors and authenticity. The others are sealed front and back.

Oakbrook should be spelled Oak Brook. Missing comma after Oakbrook. Inside swing tag, Fareham, Hants (Limited Edition). Missing UK after P015 5TX. P015 has a 0 zero not an alpha O (Super Rare). Extra space before semicolon “:” before DOB. Name and style number are on the same line. DOB written in numbers 8-14-94 indicates a true early generation. Different birthdays: Swing Tag Birthday 1994, Tush Tag 1993 (Super Rare). No period after “A” in U. Missing period after “C” in P. NO PA 1965 (KR) meaning part of Korean Market (Rare). No red stamp on inside of tush tag (Rare not mass produced). This is an original Beanie Baby kept in a protective case from a smoke free home. Comes with a tag protector. Higher priced collectibles will require a signature.
