Birthday is numerical and not written out. Style # listed on same line as name. No comma (,) after Oakbrook see tush tag. Tush tag bottom line has 1965 (KR) which means this was part of the Korean market. No UK after PO15 5TX. I have tried very hard to be as accurate as possible. I do not want to mislead anyone.
