There is some wear around the edges of th package and it is a little wrinkled here and there, and the plastic has been squished in a bag with other Beanies for many years, so it is a little battered, but is new and unopened. The new factory packaging may have shelf wear scratches etc. Please look at the photos provided as they are the best possible description.
