IT IS A GENUINE FIRST ADDITION FOR THESE REASONS: NUMBER #400 INSIDE TAG, HAS A RED STAR ABOVE THE TY SYMBOL ON THE TAG, ALSO FIRST ADDITIONS HAVE TO HAVE A PURPLE RIBBON AROUND THE NECK AND ARE A DARKER SHADE OF PURPLE WITH A LIGHTER FLOWER STEM.
